Handmade with 100% Canadian made cotton cord dyed using Cutch (Acacia Wood) to create a soft pink colour.
Sewn into shape using, pink thread and then wrapped with a few strips of hemp fabric dyed using Osage Orange wood with Iron. The fabric is woven throughout the basket adding more colour and texture.
Alum is used as a mordant to bind the colour to the fibers, making it more light and wash fast.

Plant Basket is 7″ tall x 9″ across the rim. A 6″ plastic liner tray is provided in the bottom for your plant.
