Christmas Return Policy:
All items accompanied by a receipt/gift receipt can be Exchanged or a Store Credit issued up to January 7, 2022 with the exception of these items: Masks, Bar Soap, Earrings and Clothing. These items may not be returned or exchanged. Bath & Body products may be returned for exchange/store credit as long as the original seal is in place.
All items accompanied by a receipt may be returned for an Exchange or Shop Credit within 7 days of purchase. Tags must be on clothing items and in the original condition. For health reasons, Masks, Earrings, and Bath & Body products/bar soap may not be returned or exchanged. There is no refund or exchange on Sale merchandise, all sales are final.
We will accept exchanges or refunds for online purchases. Please contact us as quickly as possible if items need to be returned. Call us at 519-432-0434 or email firstname.lastname@example.org Cost of shipping from shop to customer is non-refundable. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
Merchandise must be unworn, in original condition and all tags MUST be attached. Items being returned must be received within 14 days of the date received. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept the returned items after 20 days of the receipt of your item(s).
Sales items are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
All earrings, Bath & Body products and masks are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Gift cards are non-refundable.

Shipping is free for purchases over $175.00 before tax.
Shipping is a flat fee of $15.00 for purchases under $100.00 before tax.
