In-Store Pick-up: Monday-Friday: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm / Saturday: 10:00 am- 4:00 pm.
Shipping within Ontario - $12 flat rate (under $99 pre-tax).
Free shipping within Ontario on orders $100 or more (pre-tax).

Rural Policy: We reserve the right to re-evaluate shipping cost for remote areas where postage costs are outside a standard range. The customer will be contacted to confirm in advance.

Our brick and mortar stores are closed due to COVID-19. In order to facilitate online shopping, we have updated our return policy. We will accept return/exchanges or offer a store credit within 20 days of the shipping date. This policy will remain in place until we reopen our doors.

There are NO returns or exchanges on earrings and bar soap. Bath and body products can be returned as long as they are unopened. The seal cannot be broken, foils removed or any pumps open.
All products returned must be clean, unworn, free of pet hair, odours and in the original condition that it was sent in. If the purchase was sent in a box, it must be returned in the same box. Tags MUST be on all clothes. We reserve the right to refuse a refund based on inspection of return not meeting these standards.
Return postage is at the customer's expense.
If a parcel is refused delivery by the customer or undeliverable due to customer error, the refund will deduct the cost of postage and return postage even if the initial postage was free to the customer.
